Daily Ramblings: August 22nd, 2026
Another week has passed, and I got a very complex background done. I don’t know why I torture myself with such detailed backgrounds. Sure, they look awesome, but they take forever.
The comic shop in my comic is based on my two favorite comic shops. One I grew up with, and the other I found when I got back into collecting again. Sadly, the one from my childhood is no longer around.
The current one is an amazing shop. It’s big, well stocked, and the employees are a joy to interact with. They’re also a wealth of information on what fans are looking for. If you’re ever in Mankato, Minnesota, you should stop by Pulp Comics and say hi. You’ll feel right at home. I guarantee it!!!
