I’ve always been a collector, from the time I was young to today. I collect comics, toys, video games, Lego’s, and movies. I have too many of each, really, but I wouldn’t get rid of them because the minute I do, I’ll end up wanting them back. I know this very well, as I’ve done this to myself more than once.
As I’ve gotten older, though, I have realized that just because I collected something doesn’t mean I have to keep it. I’m going to start getting rid of some of the statues I’ve collected for video games I no longer like. It will be strange, but I have no interest in keeping them. Some are worth a ton, while other are worth under a hundred dollars. Hopefully, I can move them quickly, as they sit around here and collect dust in their boxes, which I’ve just put them back in.
