Tile. DAMN TILE! I don’t even know why, but after looking at the tile in Crowe Foods, I just had to change it.
Every grocery store in the ’90s had those tiled floors. You don’t really see them as much anymore, but the takes place in 1993, not 2026. So yeah, I had to put the tile back in. Gotta keep the ’90s authenticity.
Honestly, I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner, but now that I changed it, I really like how much better it looks. Some of the older pages felt a little off because of the way the perspective was handled, and fixing the floor actually helped tie everything together.
This is one of those little changes that seems completely insignificant until you actually see it fixed.
And when I finally release the Re-Mastered edition, I really think it’s going to be the ultimate version of my art style and design.
