This weekend is my class reunion. It should be fun. I haven’t seen most of my classmates in ten years. It’s been too long, really. The last reunion was canceled due to COVID. It sucked, but that’s the breaks sometimes.
It was way back in high school when I developed most of the characters in the comic. I even remember where and when Spike came to me. I’ve loved his design since the day I created him. Over the years, he’s been refined again and again to become what he looks like today. I think he’s in his ultimate form now, as anime fans would say.
Jerome has also gone through multiple changes, from color choices to hairstyle. In the future, you’ll even get to see his old hairstyle. I really liked his older look, but I thought it needed updating so it fit the time period in which the story is set.
