I have a question for everyone here, and I’d really appreciate your thoughts.

When you’re looking at comic book covers, do you prefer artwork that depicts a scene of characters from inside the issue, or do you like covers that are completely different and simply capture the overall feel of the comic?

Personally, I don’t mind either approach. As long as the cover looks great I’m happy.

Since the cover is often a reader’s first impression of a comic, I’m curious to hear what everyone else thinks. What kind of cover grabs your attention and makes you want to pick up a book? Are there any covers that have really stuck with you over the years?

I’d love to hear your thoughts, you never know, you might just inspire my next cover!
