This week should go pretty well.
Last week, I really set myself up to succeed. I finished the backgrounds for the next four pages, and I might even get more mileage out of them. Time to stash them in the background library.
Over time, I’ve realized I need to work smarter, not harder. Thanks, Scrooge McDuck. It’s some of the best advice I’ve ever gotten, and it came from a cartoon. It’s funny when you think about it, a cartoon gave a future cartoonist advice on how he should work.
So I’d better get started. I don’t want to waste the lead I gave myself.
