Daily Ramblings: 7.10.26

When I fist start plotting out a story, I just let it flow onto the page using simple stick figures.

At this stage, there’s no need for lots of detail or polished artwork. It’s all about getting the ideas down. If you’re ever seen some of my page sketches, you’d probably think I couldn’t draw!

I also sketch on lined 4×6 inch lined memo pads. I know, it sounds a little strange. But I’ve been drawing on lined paper since grade school, and it still works perfectly for the way I brainstorm and plan my stories.

Would you be interested in seeing some of these early sketches to compare “before” and “after” process?

Let me know in the comments below, we can’t wait to hear what you think!
